The Channel O Music Video Awards were held on Friday, and despite Kenya being well represented in the nominations, none won any award. A big winner on the night was D'Banj, who won Most Gifted Male video for Mr Endowed, and was also honoured with the Special Recognition Award.

Speaking of D'Banj, the guy was to personally receive his awards in SA, but he refused to attend when he heard he wasn't sent a first class ticket. He actually fikad the airport and was about to board when he realised he's being put with together with his Naija brodas in economy. That's when he stormed out with the words, "D' Banj only flys first class!" Respect!

In the major award of the night, STL with Lookie Lookie, lost out in the Most Gifted Video of the Year award to Zakes Bantwini for Wasting My Time. Check out the winning video and complete list of winners, and see if you agree.
