One of the owners of Club Clique on Baricho road shot and killed a reveller in the wee hours of Tuesday morning. Jackson Maina drew his gun and shot the guy after some argument. It's not sure as of yet clear what the beef was all about, and Jackson is being held for questioning. Jackson is licensed to own and carry a gun, so cops are looking into the motive for the shooting.

Though the commotion was on the second floor, the guy was taken up to the fourth floor where he was shot and killed at about 3 am. Maina was led by cops to the scene of the shooting to give his account of what happened on the night. According to the police, it seems that all this may have been about a phone, that got the man shot in the head!

“There are a lot of questions that need to be answered here. We are told the commotion was all about a stolen phone, but we have not been able to get any complainant to say his or her phone was lost. There is no phone which was recovered from the deceased person… these are the issues we are investigating.”

Maina will be arraigned in court today to be charged with murder. Monday nights is popular at Club Click cause of its reggae-themed night.
