Caroline Mutoko was last week appointed by the Minister of Tourism, Mr. Dan Mwazo as the chairperson of the Kenya Tourist Development Corporation.

Yesterday however, Justice Cecilia Githua suspended the gazette notice through which the Tourism Minister appointed Mutoko and other members. Caroline’s appointment was termed as a breach of law. It was dubbed unconstitutional as Minister Dan Mwanzo did not inform the current KTDC chairman Mohamed Shaiya that he intended to revoke his job.

Oh men, I thought it was only the president being dumbed down by this new katiba! Poor Caroline, hired and fired within a week! Good grief!
